PRICES AND SERVICES

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.

Return & Refund Policy - Product

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Products must be in their original, unused condition, including tags and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number @ receipt number.

Policy - Product

Merchandise & product will be delivered via POS Malaysia , to customers in West Malaysia within 1 week and for customers in East Malaysia within 2 weeks*

Service Cancellation and Refund Policy

We strive to provide the highest quality services to our clients. If you are not completely satisfied with the service received, you may request a cancellation and refund within 7 days of service completion. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support with your service details and reason for dissatisfaction. Refunds will be processed based on the service completion level and at the discretion of our management.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Please leave all jewellery and valuable items at home. Skin Aesthetics Clinique is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

All spa guests must be 12 years of age or older, minors must be accompanied by their parents or adults.

LATE ARRIVALS

It is best to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. If you arrive later than the scheduled start time we still have to end your treatment on the initial scheduled end time. Please keep in mind that you will be charged for the cost of the initial scheduled appointment. In order to get the most of your treatments by us, please be on time!

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING

Your appointment is very important to us. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments; 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

PAYMENT POLICY

A valid credit card number is required at the time of booking. This policy also applies to gift card and gift certificate holders. Full payments is due at time of service. If you choose to use an alternate form of payment at the time of your appointment, you may do so. We accept cash, Visa, Master Card. We do not accept personal checks.​
